Yes, all products and meats we sell are halal.

With Halal we mean that meat has been slaughtered according to Islamic regulations and meets other Islamic conditions.

We recommend storing meat and/or chicken in the refrigerator for a maximum of one day after purchase in our store and then consuming it. Although our meat and chicken arrive fresh every day, the cooling process of a refrigerator and a cold room is not the same.

• Shelf life of frozen beef: 6 months.
• Storage time of frozen veal, lamb: maximum 3 months.
• Storage time of frozen minced meat: 2 months.
• Storage time of frozen prepared meat: 2 – 3 months.
• The ideal storage temperature for meat in the freezer is -18 degrees Celsius or lower

We personally do not recommend it for hygiene reasons and because we believe it can damage your health. Meat that is frozen again after thawing is more likely to contain bacteria.
